Free Medical Check Up Camp – ROTARY CLUB OF VAPI PHOENIX

The village of Jamburi, in Umbergaon taluk of Valsad district in Gujarat with a population of 1,868 & 392 households where there’s no assistance of doctors was in initiative of ROTARY CLUB OF VAPI PHOENIX supported by Nadkarni Medical Foundation & 21st Century Hospitals, Vapi.

Free Medical Check-Up Camp for Villagers

Team Leads BY Dr. Rushang Shah – MD Physician @ 21sy Century Hospitals & intern Sister from ROFEL Collage of Nursing Vapi.

Had a good participation count for a Sunday morning, Gave free medicines, multi Vitamin & ointments used to treat many skin conditions were given FREE from the hospital. We also trained two villagers. how to appropriately measure Blood Pressure, as accessibility to town is difficult & expensive. Women with Gynec problems were referred to Doctors for further treatment.

This event was graced by Rtn. Himanshu Garg the District Collector of ROTARY CLUB OF VAPI PHOENIX & supported by Dr Anisha. The Rotary team promised to donate a blood pressure monitoring apparatus  & a stethoscope for the ease of the villagers.
